摘要 针对硅铁矿热炉余热发电锅炉进口烟气管道常用的几种保温结构,对不同保温结构对应的保温层厚度及烟气温降进行了计算,分析了各种保温结构的优缺点,为硅铁矿热炉余热发电烟气管道保温结构的选取提供借鉴和参考。同时,也可供其他行业余热发电类似参数烟气管道的保温结构参考。 To several heat preservation structures of the imported gas pipeline in the heat boiler of the ferrosilicon furnace, the insulation layer thickness and the flue gas temperature drop of different insulation structures are calculated. The advan-tages and disadvantages of various insulation structures are analyzed. Provide reference for the selection of the thermal insula-tion structure of flue gas pipeline of ferrosilicon furnace. At the same time, it also can provide reference for flue gas pipeline in-sulation structure of similar industries.
