摘要
简要介绍了NCH型高电流密度电解槽进行膜极距改造的情况及在技术改造和运行过程中注意事项,并对改造前后电解电耗、氯气纯度、阳极液次氯酸含量、p H值等数据进行了分析,说明旭化成膜极距电解槽改造节能效果明显。
Zero-gap transformations of NCH type of high current density electrolyzers and the matters needing attention in transformation and in their running were introduced. The data such as power consumption for electrolysis, purity of chlorine, hypochloric acid content and pH value of anolyte before and after the transformation were analyzed, showing obvious energy-saving effects resulted from the zero- gap transformation.
