摘要 功能性低聚糖是由单糖通过糖苷键聚合而成的化合物,其制备方法多种多样,并含有多种生理功能,在促进肠道有益菌增殖方面已被广泛研究,功能性低聚糖作为功能性保健食品已被深入开发,广泛研究。为此,文章综述了主要功能性低聚糖的种类、来源,说明了功能性低聚糖的几种制备方法以及功能性低聚糖的主要生理功能,介绍了其在食品、饲料、医药等领域的应用现状,展望了我国今后功能性低聚糖的发展前景。 Functional oligosaccharides are polymerized by monosaccharide through glycoside bond. This paper reviews the type,source of oligosaccharides and their preparations as well as its physiological functions. Their promoting of the proliferation of intestinal bacteria have been studied extensively,and the development of using it as functional health food has been intensively focused in recent years. The status of application in the fields of food,feed and medicine are reviewed. At last,the prospective of functional oligosaccharides in the future is proposed.
