摘要
目的对某密闭电石炉建设项目进行职业病危害检测,评价该项目职业危害防护措施的控制效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业卫生检测方法进行综合评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、氧化钙、高温、噪声。对该项目进行了职业病危害调查及检测,有毒物质浓度均符合职业接触限值要求,噪声及高温检测的最大值分别为97 d B(A)、39.6℃,粉尘最大超限倍数为7.2,最大TWA为6.97 mg/m3。结论该项目化学毒物防护措施及控制效果合格,粉尘、噪声、高温防护措施仍需改进。该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,通过加强职业卫生管理、完善职业病危害防护措施并保证其正常运行、确保个体防护措施落实到位,职业病危害是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To test the occupational risk factors in the airtight calcium carbide furnace construction project,evaluate the control effect of the safeguard procedures. Methods The comprehensive assessment was carried out by means of the field investigation and occupational detection. Results The detection results indicated that toxic substance concentrations met the requirement of the occupational exposure limits,the maximum values of unpitched noise and high-temperature detection were 97 d B( A) and 39. 6℃ respectively. The maximum value of dust ultralimit was more than 7. 2 times,the maximum value of TWA was 6. 97 mg / m3. The result indicated that major occupational hazard factors were dust,sulfur dioxide,oxynitride,carbon monoxide,calcium oxide,high temperature and unpitched sound. Conclusion The safeguard procedures and control effect of chemical poisons in the project are accord with the national standards. But the safeguard procedures of dust,unpitched sound and high temperature safeguard procedures needs to improvement. This project belongs to the serious construction project of occupational hazards. It's feasible to enhance the occupational health management,complete the safeguard procedures of occupational hazards and ensure the normal operation,insure the individual safeguard procedures.
