摘要
目的通过对某建设项目门板生产线喷胶房职业病防护设施的分析,提出合理可行的职业病防护措施建议。方法依据职业卫生相关技术规范、标准,结合现场调查,利用Fluent流体仿真软件对职业病防护措施符合性、有效性进行分析评价。结果喷胶房使用有高毒化学物质,未设置事故通风装置及泄漏报警装置,经检测,控制风速为0.2 m/s,操作台要求的最小控制风速为0.5 m/s,控制风速过低;排风罩的最小排风量为20 396 m3/h。结论建议该建设项目改进门反生产线生产工艺、原辅材料,定期对设备、管道进行清理,加大排风量,对排风罩边缘加设法兰边框,设置事故通风装置及泄漏报警装置,以降低职业病危害。
Objective To analyze the occupational preventive measures, put forward reasonable protective suggestion. Methods According to the occupational health related technical specifications and standards,field occupational investigation was carried out,Fluent software was used to analyze the conformance and effectiveness evaluation of occupational preventive measures. Results Test results showed high toxic chemicals were used. After detection,the control speed was 0. 2 m / s,the minimum control wind speed was 0. 5 m / s,the control speed was too low,and the minimum exhaust air rate was 20 396 m3/ h. Conclusion It's suggested to improve production technology and raw and auxiliary materials,clean the equipments and pipelines on a regular basis,increase the exhaust air,add to the exhaust hood edge flange border,set up the emergency ventilation system and leakage alarm device.
