摘要 目的描述2014年吉林省手足口病的流行病学特征,为防控手足口病提供科学依据。方法使用中国疾病预防控制信息系统数据,采用描述流行病学方法对2014年吉林省手足口病发病情况进行分析。结果 2014年吉林省共报告手足口病20 515例。发病季节高峰为7月份,呈单峰分布;男女性别比1.35∶1;以5岁以下儿童发病为主;散居儿童占所有病例的63.86%;实验室诊断病例感染EV71病毒感染所占比例56.01%。结论吉林省2014年手足口病发病率较高,呈明显季节分布,男性所占比例较高,5岁及以下儿童是发病主要人群,散居儿童所占比例较高。优势毒株为EV71。 Objective To describe the epidemiology of hand foot and mouth disease( HFMD) in Jilin province 2014 and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control. Methods Data from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention was collected and a descriptive analysis was performed in Jilin province 2014. Results 20 515 HFMD cases were reported in Jilin province 2014. The incidence peak was in July. Sex ratio was 1. 35∶ 1. 85. 68% of the patients was under 5 years old. The proportion of scattered children was 63. 86%. The positive rate of EV71 was 56. 01%. Conclusion The incidence rate of HFMD is higher in 2014. There is obvious seasonality in HFMD. The proportion of male cases and the children cases under 5 years old are higher,and the scattered children are the main attacked people. EV71 is the main pathogen in 2014.
