编辑职业发展路径就是指编辑如何提高自身素质和水平,从而得到自我价值及职业规划实现的路径。在以往的研究中,大多数学者往往强调编辑业务能力,编辑文化水平以及编辑的素质等等,没有从整体上把握编辑究竟该从哪些方面完善自己,尤其忽略了学术期刊编辑应具备学术精神,就学术期刊编辑来说,学术精神才是其根本。学术期刊编辑作为"学术期刊的把关人",对学术期刊的质量起着举足轻重的作用。形式是为内容服务的。只有编辑具有学术精神,才可以把好稿件质量关;只有编辑具有学术精神,才可以提高学报的质量;只有编辑具有学术精神,才可以推动高校学报的发展。编辑业务是学术编辑的本职工作,学术编辑必须通过不断地学习提高自身审稿和校对的能力,同时,还要完善自身的科研能力,一手"校对",一手"撰写",这样才能做一名学者型编辑。同时,编辑与作者的关系影响到学术期刊的稿源,因此值得引起编辑的重视。编辑要通过良好的沟通方式来维护作者群,建立稳固的作者群,这样才能保证期刊的质量。编辑自我发展与编辑职业倦怠是相关的两个问题。编辑自我得不到发展,自身价值难以实现,就容易产生职业倦怠。

At the same time, the relationship between the editor and the author impact on the source of academic journal＇s manuscript. So it is worth of the attention of editors＇. The editors should maintain good communication with authors and establish a stable group of authors to guarantee the quality of journals. Self development and job burnout are two problems related. If an editor＇s ego cannot be developed, his value is difficuh to achieve, then it is easy to have the job burnout.
