摘要 目的探讨Sph K1和CD68在结肠癌组织中的表达水平及与淋巴转移分期的关系。方法收集上海中医药大学附属普陀医院2014年手术切除88例结肠癌组织,采用免疫组化SABC法检测结肠癌组织中的Sph K1和CD68表达情况,分析Sph K1和CD68蛋白表达水平与淋巴转移的关系。结果结肠癌组织Sph K1蛋白在全部结肠癌组织表达;与无淋巴转移(N0)的结肠癌组织表达相比,N1期和N2期患者结肠癌组织中Sph K1表达显著上调(P<0.05);而CD68表达则与Sph K1表达刚好相反,CD68在N0期结肠癌组织表达较高,与无随着淋巴转移期相比,N1期和N2期CD68表达显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 Sph K1在结肠癌组织上皮细胞表达随着淋巴结转移显著升高;而CD68表达则与此相反。提示两者在结肠癌的进展中发挥重要作用,检测Sph K1和CD68表达可判断结肠癌淋巴转移分期。 Objective To investigate the expression of Sph K1 and CD68 in colon cancer and its relationship with lymph node metastasis. Methods Totally 88 pathologically confirmed specimens were obtained from colon cancer patients that were subjected to radical resection between January 2014 and December 2014 in our hospital. Sph K1 and CD68 were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method in colon cancer,to analyze Sph K1 and CD68 protein levels and its relationship with lymph node metastasis. Results Sph K1 protein could express in all colorectal carcinoma; compared with no lymph node metastasis( N0),the expression of Sph K1 increased in N1 and N2stage in colon cancer tissue; while,the expression of CD68 and Sph K1 on the contrary,CD68 colon cancer in stage N0 was higher,compared with no lymph node metastasis stage( N0); compared with N1 and N2stage,the expression of CD68 was significantly decreased. Conclusion Along with lymph node metastasis,the expression of Sph K1 gradually increased in colon epithelial cells colon cancer tissue; while,the expression of CD68 was on the contrary. The detection of Sph K1 and CD68 expression could determine the lymph node metastasis staging in colon cancer tissue.
