β淀粉样蛋白与阿尔茨海默病的新观点 被引量:4

摘要 关于β淀粉样蛋白与阿尔茨海默病的关系有多种观点,新的观点认为Aβ斑与阿尔茨海默病并不相关,Aβ的生成是神经元损伤的非特异性反应,甚至认为Aβ斑沉积是阿尔茨海默病的结果。也有学者认为阿尔茨海默病的发生与Aβ状态、分布、性质的改变有关,与Aβ斑数量的增多无关。
