伴随着电子、通信、计算机、互联网等技术的飞速发展，各种功能的半导体集成电路（简称Ic）不断地推陈出新，从小规模、中规模、大规模到超大规模，集成电路产品用途越来越广泛．如何正确认识和使用IC是大家经常遇到的问题，作者以数字集成电路芯片为例，按照小规模、中规模、大规模到超大规模分类了解，重点探讨中小规模TTL LC与CMOSIC使用时的兼容性和差异性问题，以便正确区别和选择使用．

Along with the rapid development of electronics, communications, computers, internet and other technologies, various functional semiconductor integrated circuits （referred to as IC） ever accelerating progress from small scale, medium -scale, large -scale to very large scale ,which are used more and more widely. How to correctly understand and use the IC is an issue we often encounter. Taking the digital IC for ample, this paper discusses the compatibility and difference between TTLIC and CMOS IC from small scale ,medium scale,large sale to very large scale, and special attention is paid to the small and medium scale.
