摘要 利用CFD软件Fluent初步模拟了离心分离机内流场。仿真中液相采用了RNG湍流模型,固相采用拉格朗日离散相模型(DPM)。通过一定的简化后建立了离心分离机理想模型,研究了旋转轴转速对固相颗粒速度的影响以及固相颗粒比重对固相颗粒速度的影响。仿真结果表明,固体颗粒的速度随旋转轴的转速增加而增加,固相颗粒的速度受固相颗粒的比重影响。 The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software Fluent was used to simulate preliminarily flow field in centrifugal separator.The flow of liquid phase was modeled by the RNG turbulent model,while the solid phase was modeled by the Lagrange Discrete Phase Model(DPM)of multiphase flow.A simplified three-dimensional model for centrifugal separator was established to study the distribution of velocity of solid particle in centrifugal separator and the effect of rotating speed on the solid particle velocity.Results indicate that the solid particles velocity increases with rising rotating speed.In addition,the effect of specific gravity on the solid particle velocity was also investigated。It was found that a strong effect exists at the specific gravity and solid particle velocity.
