透析调压止血器的设计

摘要 为解决血液透析结束后血管止血难度大、时间长的问题,保证血管的流通,防止血管坏死,研究了一种既能防止透析针孔出血,又能避免血管堵塞,防止血管损坏的透析调压止血器。该透析调压止血器将人的肢体穿过框架,使气球通过面纱压在透析针孔的外面,转动调压杆即可调整对针孔的压力。实现了无极调压,可找到止血的最小压力,既能防止针孔出血,又能避免血管内血液长时间停滞,结构简单,造价低廉,操作方便,为解决透析针孔止血作出贡献。 In order to solve the problems such as great difficulty as well as the longer time to stop bleeding,and in order to make sure the blood circulation and avoid angionecrosis,the pressure-regulating and hemostasis device for hemodialysis is designed particularly to avoid bleeding from the pinhole,vaso-occlusion,and the damage of the blood vessel.It is required to put the limbs through the frame,press the balloon on the pinhole through the veil and adjust the pressure above the pinhole by rotating the pressure-regulating lever.This is limitless pressure regulation,namely,the device could find the lowest pressure to stop bleeding.It could both prevent the pinhole from bleeding and long-time blood stagnation in the blood vessel.It is made up of simple structure,together with lower cost and convenient operation,it will surely contribute a lot to deal with the hemostasis for the pinhole due to the hemodialysis.
