摘要
提出一种新型液压驱动式带式输送机断带保护装置,并介绍其结构和工作原理。将Pro/E建立的三维实体模型导入Ansys中,对装置的摩擦块结构进行优化设计。分析结果表明,优化摩擦块后的保护装置抓捕力强、反应迅速,设计合理可靠。
This paper puts forward a new type of hydraulic drive belt conveyor fault belt protection device and introduces the structure and working principle.Put the three-dimensional solid model which is established by Pro/E into Ansys,parameter optimization of the friction block structure is provided.The analysis results show that the device has strong protection catch force,quick reaction and the device design is reasonable and reliable.
