机箱开裂是影响焊接机箱质量和准时交付率的重要因素,机箱开裂可能受诸多因素影响。通过采用精益六西格玛方法,分析了某研究所焊接机箱开裂的影响因素;并通过对焊接机箱工艺进行改进,大大提高焊接机箱的真空钎焊工序合格率。

Cracking chassis is welded casing quality and on time delivery rate,the important factors that chassis craze may be affected by many factors.Through the adoption of accurate Six Sigma method,this paper analyzes the influence factors of institute of welding chassis craze A;and through to the welding chassis technology was improved,greatly enhance the chassis of the vacuum brazing process of welding qualified rate.
