华法林抗凝治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能影响

Warfarin Anticoagulation Effect on Lung Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨口服华法林抗凝治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能影响。方法采用病例对照研究。将肺功能中度以上阻塞性的40例患者,分为使用华法林抗凝治疗的治疗组和未使用华法林治疗的常规治疗对照组,对照组按指南常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用华法林抗凝治疗,疗程1年,观察比较治疗前后患者肺功能变化情况。结果治疗后华法林组患者肺功能较对照组改善明显(P<0.05))。结论长期口服小剂量华法林抗凝治疗能改善慢阻肺患者肺功能,延缓肺功能下降。

Objective To explore oral warfarin anticoagulation effect on lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods The case-control study. Will be above moderate obstructive lung function of 40 patients,Were divided into the use of warfarin anticoagulation therapy in the treatment group and the routine treatment did not use warfarin treatment in the control group. Control group routine follow the guide to conventional treatment,The treatment group on the basis of control group used warfarin anticoagulant therapy,Course of 1 year,in order to observe the comparison before and after treatment in patients with pulmonary function. Results warfarin treatment group patients after treatment significantly improved in lung function compare to control group patients（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Long-term oral small dose of warfarin anticoagulation therapy can improve their lung functions of COPD patients.
