骨软骨移植技术的临床应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 正常关节软骨主要由软骨细胞和细胞基质构成,是人体重要的承重结构,它光滑有弹性,能够最大限度地吸收、缓冲应力。由于无丝分裂的生长方式和缺乏直接的血液、淋巴液、神经等营养供应,所以关节软骨一旦受损,其营养物质缺乏、再生能力有限、力的吸收作用减弱,关节损伤、退变等会进行性加重,这是关节炎治疗的瓶颈。
