摘要
为了开展汽轮机内湿蒸汽二次水滴流动机理实验研究,研制了基于单帧单曝光图像法(SFSEI)的汽轮机湿蒸汽测量探针系统对太仓港协鑫发电有限公司330MW机组低压汽轮机末级进行了湿蒸汽二次水滴测量,获得了几种特殊形态二次水滴图像,并对其特征与形成原因进行初步探讨,为此类问题的后续实验研究提供参考。
In order to carry out experimental study on the mechanism of coarse water in wet steam flow of steam turbine, the probe measuring system based on Single Frame and Single Exposure Imaging method (SFSEI) was developed and applied to perform the measurement of coarse water in wet steam flow behind the last stage of the LP turbine in a 330 MW unit owned by Taicang Harbor Golden Concord Electric-power Generation Co. , Ltd.. Several kinds of special form coarse water images were obtained, and the characteristic and forming reasons were investigated for the basis of further experimental study of such issue.
