摘要
主要叙述汽水分离再热器功能和工作原理、汽水分离装置和再热管束的结构形式,并对汽水分离装置和再热管束的设计要点、研究方法和性能指标作了详细介绍。研究结果表明:汽水分离装置和再热管束设计性能的好坏直接影响到汽水分离器的工作效能,合理的设计可以使汽水分离再热器的正常运行,也保证了汽轮机的长期安全、高效、稳定地运行。
The function and work principles of moisture separator reheater are described. It is presented in detail on the structure types, design points, research method and performance index of moisture separator equipment and reheat tube bundle etc. The study shows that the performance of moisture separator reheater will be influenced by moisture separator equipment and reheater bundles directly. So suitable design for the moisture separator reheater is able to guarantee the operation safety, efficiency and stability of the turbine unit.
