金融服务业的空间转型特征及影响因素分析——以杭州市金融服务业为例

An Analysis of the Spatial Transition Characteristics of Urban Financial Service and Its Influence Factors——A Case Study of Hangzhou Financial Service Sector

探寻金融空间发展格局的规律是加快现代服务业发展的前提。选取杭州作为研究对象,借助GIS和SPSS的分析手段,分析2003年至2013年期间,金融服务业在城市中空间转型的规律特征,以及影响金融业城市空间布局的因素。研究发现,不同类型与规模的金融服务业空间格局在城市发展过程中的转型特征不尽相同;城市主干道数量、信息通信业密度、与大学距离、是否在城市建成区、与次中心距离、是否为科技园区等因子对金融业在城市空间选择上有着不同程度的影响,为今后城市的金融业布局和城市规划提供了参考依据。

To explore the characteristics of the dustry is a prerequisite to the enhancement of the research object, was thoroughly analyzed spatial development pattern of the financial service inmodern service industry. In this study, Hangzhou, as in terms of the transformation of urban space of its financial service sector and the factors influencing the layout of the financial sector in urban area from 2003 to 2013, with the help of GIS and SPSS analytical tools. The study found that financial service companies of different types and sizes vary in their space transition characteristics as the city devel- ops. Factors, such as the number of urban trunks, the density of information and communication in- dustry, the distance from colleges and universities, whether in the urban built-up areas, the distance from sub-center, whether in the technology park, were found to have different impacts respectively on the choice of the financial sectors in the urban space, therefore providing sound references for city planning and the layout of financial service sector.
