政府、互联网金融机构与公众消费者三方博弈——基于不同信息安全性产品的分析

An Analysis of the Three-player Game Among the Government,Internet Financial Institutions and Consumers from the Perspective of Information Security

基于不同互联网信息安全性的产品,针对政府、互联网金融机构与公众消费者的博弈构建三方模型,分别对模型达到纯策略纳什均衡及混合策略纳什均衡时的条件与结果进行分析阐释,以便提出相应的对策建议,为政府进行有效监管提供决策支持。通过研究发现,政府监管十分必要。政府可通过实施奖惩、组建专门机构、完善法律法规以及加大宣传等措施,改善我国互联网金融信息生态。

In this paper, a three-player game model among the government, Internet financial insti- tutions and consumers is proposed based on different kinds of information security of Internet finance products. The results and constraint conditions of pure strategy Nash equilibrium and mixed strategy Nash equilibrium are stated and analyzed. Corresponding suggestions such as conducting rewards and punishment system, organizing specialized department, perfecting laws and regulations and en- hancing publicity are put forward so as to provide decision support for effective governmental regulations which are proven to be necessary in this paper and to improve the information ecology of Internet finance in our country.
