体制外群体社会疏离现象初探——基于浙江省公众社会基本生活价值取向的研究

A Preliminary Study on the Social Alienation of Social Groups Outside the Regime:——A Study on the Basic Values of Social Life in Zhejiang

近年来体制外人士的一系列恶性事件引起社会关注。然而,这些现象还是个别的,更普遍的则是调查发现的体制外群体社会主流价值取向的偏差和情感上的疏离现象。由此,一方面,应该加强对这一现象的研究,深化对该现象的认识;另一方面,要在进一步深化改革的基础上,实现更为平等和公正的制度保证,增进社会融合,为体制外群体,特别是底层群体提供基本的福祉保障,消除社会疏离现象。

In recent years,some violent incidents caused by persons outside the regime attract attention in the country. Besides these individual incidents,on the basis of the telephone survey in Zhejiang,this paper found that there is some popular deviance or alienation among social groups in Zhejiang outside the regime toward the basic values of social life. It is argued that we should pay more attention to studies on the phenomena to have a further understanding of the issue,and at the same time,during the continuous deepening reforms,provide basic social security to the social groups outside the regime,especially to those at the bottom of the social stratification,and eliminate their social alienation in order to build an inclusive society with social justice.
