摘要
利用Fenton试剂处理某公司末端难降解废水,以期提标排放,通过单因素的正交实验,考察废水初始p H、双氧水的投加量、硫酸亚铁的投加量、反应时间等因素对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,废水p H调节到3~4,双氧水投加量为废水量的0.05%,硫酸亚铁量为废水量的0.05%,反应时间为2 h,COD能够下降到2×10^(-4)。
The treatment of refractory wastewater by Fenton reagent was studied. Through orthogonal experiment of single factor, the investigation on the initial p H value, the additive amount of H_2O_2, the additive amount of Fe SO_4·7H_2O, and the influence of reaction time on COD removal rate, in order to improve the standard discharge, The results showed that: under the condition that the initial p H value was 3 ~4,the dosage of H_2O_2 0.5 m L/L, Fe SO_4·7H_2O 0.5 g/L, and the reaction time 120 min, then COD could descend to2×10^(-4).
