摘要 粉尘排放于大气中可引起大气污染,会危害人的健康,不仅使产品质量和机器工作精度降低,还使光照度和能见度降低,影响室内作业的视野,甚至在一定条件下会发生爆炸,造成人员伤亡和经济损失。球形锌粉制备过程中的粉尘主要出现在出料和分级过程中,锌粉尘也会发生爆炸,不同种类粉尘其爆炸极限不同,爆炸下限越低,粉尘爆炸危险性越大,锌粉尘爆炸下极限500 g/m3,起火点常温约680℃,锌粉尘在所有粉尘中爆炸下极限浓度是最高的。制备球形锌粉就必须防止粉尘爆炸,锌粉尘爆炸控制技术与应用是工业领域粉末冶金课题中又一个研究方向。 That the emissions of dusts into the atmosphere can cause the air pollution and it's harm to people's health. Not only does it bring down the products' quality and the machines' working precision, but it will impact the indoor vision of bad illumination and visibility. Even under certain conditions it can be explored, which may cause the casualties and the economic losses.That the dusts of the spherical zinc powders are mainly produced in the process of outlet and classification, is often exploded. Different limits of explosion depends on different types of dusts, the lower the LEL(Lower Explosive Limited), the greater the risks of the dusts' explosion. It's 500 g/m^3 of LEL and it's about 680 ℃ of the fire point. That the zinc dusts have the highest concentration of all dusts' LEL. It's necessary to make the explosion proof in the preparations of the spherical zinc powders. The technologies and applications of the zinc dusts and its explosions controlling, that is another research direction in the fields of industrial powders metallurgy.
