摘要
通过对不同颗粒度测试方法的优缺点对比、激光粒度仪测试对不同原料颗粒级配的形象表征,表明了激光粒度仪对于玻璃纤维原料颗粒度分析的指导作用;也指出了激光粒度仪在大颗粒控制中的局限性并提出了解决方案。
Through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages between different particle size determination methods and the visual representation of the grain composition of different materials by the laser particle size analyzer,the guiding effects of the analyzer for the particle sizes analysis of fiberglass-making materials were indicated. At the same time,the limitation of the laser particle size analyzer in the control of large grains was revealed,and corresponding solutions was proposed.
