摘要
本文针对轧钢厂三棒线直流电机使用过程中。出现升高片部位的电枢线放炮频繁影响生产及产生高维修费用，查找原因并探索解决问题的方法，减少了事故，降低了修理费用。
Aiming at industrial accidents and high maintenance cost due to frequent short-circuit of armature wire in DC motor in No.3 steel bar rolling line in our plant, we search for causes and investigate measures to solve problems so that we reduce accidents and maintenance cost.
