水钢钢片区电网网架优化方案的探讨

摘要 根据水钢1#、2#高炉停产后新常态下生产经营的调整安排,公司供电系统发、供电负荷与性质发生了较大的变化,供电运行的供、需矛盾将进一步突出,为确保供电系统安全、可靠、经济运行,结合水钢电网的供电现状以及存在的问题,就如何合理调整网架结构,减少变电运行成本,提高供电可靠性,满足公司生产供电的要求进行探讨。 According to adjustment and arrangement of production and business after No.1 and No.2 blast furnaces were off production in Shuigang, the load and character of power generation and use in electricity supply system of Shuigang change significantly, contradiction between supply and demand in electricity supply operation is more obvious. In order to ensure safe reliable economical operation of electricity supply system and be concerned about present conditions and problems, it is discussed about how to appropriately adjust electricity grid structure and reduce operation cost and improve re- liability of electricity supply and meet requirements of production.
