摘要
云南万家口子水电站冲沙中孔事故闸门孔口宽3 m,高8 m,设计水头85.72 m,属高水头闸门。论述了闸门的结构布置以及所选用的支承、止水、节间连接装置、充水阀设计,使每孔门槽节省金属结构工程量21.5 t,同时减少了水工二期混凝土的浇筑量,缩短了安装工期。
Located in Yunnan Province, Wan-jia-kou-zi Hydropower Project is designed with high water head emergency gates for the sand flushing sluices, with the design head up to 86.72m. The orifice dimension is 3m×8m (WxH). An introduction was made on the structural arrangement, fixed-wheel bearing, seal, connecting device and water filling valve. The design renders metal work decrease of 21.5t for each gate slot, less 2nd-stage concreting work and permits shorter construction period.
