蜂蜜蜂花粉泡腾片制备工艺研究

摘要 开发一种蜂蜜蜂花粉泡腾片。以蜂花粉、蜂蜜粉、柠檬酸为主要原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验方法,确定蜂蜜蜂花粉泡腾片的最佳生产配方。蜂蜜蜂花粉泡腾片的最佳配方为:蜂蜜粉20%,蜂花粉6.0%,崩解剂柠檬酸17.5%,碳酸氢钠12.5%,甜味剂甜蜜素6.0%,润滑剂无水乙醇2.0%,增稠剂黄原胶2.0%,填充剂麦芽糊精34%。该制备工艺简单可行,制备的蜂花泡腾片质量稳定,符合药典要求,崩解迅速、口感良好、服用方便。 The aim of this research is to study the prepating technology of honey and bee pollen powder effervescent tablets. Taking bee pollen powder,honey powder and citric acid as major materials,by means of single factor experimental design and orthogonal experimental design,the optimal production formula of honey and bee pollen effervescent tablets was determined. The optimum formula is: honey powder 20%,bee pollen 6%,disintegrants citric acid 17. 5% and sodium bicarbonate 12. 5%,sweetener sodium cyclamate 6. 0%,slip agent anhydrous ethanol 2.0%,thickener xanthan gum 2. 0% and filler maltodextrin 34%. This preparing process is easy to be controlled and the quality of the prepared effervescent tablets is steady.
