贵州省红枫湖饮用水源地环境风险评价与防范 被引量:1

摘要 采用定性评价评分值叠加法,在红枫湖饮用水源地环境现状调查的基础上,从固定源、流动源和非点源三方面风险源对红枫湖饮用水源地环境风险进行识别与分析,并进行环境风险评价,提出了水源地风险防范对策建议。评价结果表明,红枫湖的整体环境风险水平较高,固定源、流动源和非点源总分值分别为21、19和15。其中:船舶的风险值为3,在环境风险可接受范围;加油站为6,应做好储油罐及管道防腐防渗等防范措施;尾矿库、陆运和非点源分别为15、16和15,应采取加大尾矿库资源综合利用,强化陆运危化品管理,加强面源污染治理等风险应急措施,保障水源地环境安全。 in this paper,we identified and analyzed environmental risk from stationary,mobile and non- points sources for drinking water source in Hongfeng Lake based on survey on environmental status quo in given areas. And an environmental risk assessment was further conducted based on a qualitative approach of risk scores superposition. The results show that the overall level of environmental risk in Hongfeng Lake is relatively high,of which the total points of stationary source,mobile source and non- point source are 21,19 and 15 respectively. The risk scores for ships are 3,indicating an acceptable risk level,while the risk scores of gas station are 6,implying that measures should be taken to treat the corrosion and seepage of oil tanks and pipelines. The risk scores of tailings,land transportation and non- point source are 15,16 and 15 respectively,which represent a warning level,indicating that to ensure the safety of water environment,it is urgent to improve the comprehensive utilization level for tailings resources,to strengthen the management on land transportation of dangerous chemicals,and to intensify the risk emergency measures on non- point source pollution.
