摘要 采用直接进样法在液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用仪上建立了地表水及饮用水源中的甲萘威和阿特拉津的测定方法,将水样通过0.2μm的聚醚砜滤膜后,直接进液相色谱-质谱联用仪分析,甲萘威和阿特拉津在1~500μg/L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数分别为:0.999 2和0.999 5;检出限分别为:0.11、0.07μg/L;回收率分别为90.1%~111.2%,93.5%~109.3%;平行测定6次的RSD 1.67%~3.46%和1.23%~2.07%。 a rapid method based on Liquid Chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry( LC- MS /MS) was established to determine Carbaryl and Atrazine in surface water and drinking water source.The water samples were filtered through 0. 2μm polyether sulfone( PES) membrane,then injected to LC- MS / MS directly. The results of Carbaryl and Atrazine had a good linear in the ranges of 1-500μg / l. The method was applied in 6 replicate measurements and results for the Carbaryl and Atrazine respectively had a linear correlation coefficient of 0. 9992 and 0. 9995,detection limits of 0. 1and 0. 07 μg / L,recoveries of 90. 1%- 111. 2% and 93. 5%- 109. 3%,and the standard deviation( RSD) of 1. 67%- 3. 46% and 1. 23%- 2. 07%.
