溶液浓缩倍率对铝的腐蚀行为的影响

摘要 针对中性水介质中金属铝的腐蚀问题,使用旋转挂片腐蚀试验仪,利用动态腐蚀失重法、动电位极化曲线、交流阻抗等电化学方法研究了金属铝在不同浓缩倍率模拟水样中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,随着溶液浓缩倍率的增大,金属铝的动态腐蚀速率出现增大的趋势。电化学试验结果表明,电荷传递电阻随着溶液浓缩倍率的增大而逐渐减小,导致电化学反应过程的阻力变小,加快了金属铝的腐蚀,与动态腐蚀失重法腐蚀速率的变化相对应。 Based on the analysis of corrosion problems of aluminum in a neutral aqueous medium,using a rotary coupon corrosion tester,the corrosion behavior of Aluminum in different concentration ratio of simulated water samples was studied by using weight loss and electrochemical methods.The experimental results show that,the corrosion rate of metal aluminum increased with the increasing concentration ratio of simulated water.With the increase of the concentration ratio of the solution,the concentration of ions in the solution increased,the charge transfer resistance was reduced,indicating that the electrode reaction resistance was reduced,accelerating the corrosion rate of aluminum,it corresponded with the variation of the corrosion rate of weight loss.
