Research on College Students' Interest Appeal Mechanism in the Context of Building a Harmonious Campus

和谐校园的构建以保障学生的正当利益诉求表达为前提。当代大学生权利意识和诉求欲望较强,但学校提供的诉求渠道存在知晓度和利用率偏低且不够畅通等问题。高校应转变管理理念,全面推行依法治校,建立常态化的学生诉求表达机制,引导学生依法理性表达诉求。

To protect college students＇ interest appeal is a precondition of the construction of a harmonious campus.The contemporary college students have strong sense of rights and desire,but the awareness and the utilization rate of the appeal approach provided by the colleges are low and not smooth enough.Colleges should change the management concept,manage the colleges according to law,establish a normalized students＇ interest appeal mechanism to guide students to express their appeal in accordance with the law rationally.
