摘要
发动机曲轴扭振是影响整车舒适性的一个重要方面。其中,扭转振动大小的影响因素有很多,发动机的缸数和冲程、发动机的负荷、缸内的燃烧,发动机零部件的形状和质量都会对扭振产生影响。情况表明,发动机经过耐久试验后使扭振角度幅值增大。经分析,曲轴皮带轮、张紧器,正时皮带和皮带轮V带是耐久后影响扭振角度的主要因素。
Engine crankshaft torsional vibration is an important aspect of the impact of vehicle comfort. Among them, the torsional vibration factors have a lot of size, number of cylinders of the engine and stroke, engine load, in-cylinder combustion engine components will affect the shape and quality of the torsional vibration. Circumstances indicate that the engine after the endurance test so torsional vibration level increases.
