摘要
在碰撞试验时,国家安全法规与C-NCAP都有明确的车辆偏移精度要求,精度可由硬件约束改进,如使用两个小车前后约束,但在现有设备条件下,如何测量及调试更为重要。文章讨论了测量偏移的方法及分析可能造成偏移的原因,并明确了解决方案。
The impact or contact position in a frontal impact testing has strict requirement specified by the testing protocol for both government legal and C-NCAP tests. The accuracy of the impact position can be enhanced by hardware upgrade, e.g. Using two towing guide devices on both front and rear of the vehicle.However, under the condition of existing equipment, how to measure and adjust the accuracy of the equipment becomes a major task. This article discusses the methods of offset measurement and itsroot-cause.A resolving solution is verified and provided.
