摘要
文章以项目风险管理理论为基础,结合企业自身产品项目特点及管理模式,详细阐述了本企业产品项目风险管理全程,包含5个步骤:风险分类、风险识别、风险评估、风险跟踪和风险管控,并对其内容进行分析说明。通过本文总结和归纳本企业在项目风险管理手段,为其他企业在此项管理上提供借鉴依据。
This the paper based on the risk management theory, combined with their own product characteristics of the project and management models.This thesis illustrates the basic principles on which we explore the full process of risk management in detail including five steps: risk classification, risk identification, risk assessment, risk tracking and risk control, and its content analysis shows. Through this review and summarize the enterprise in project risk management tools for other companies to provide reference.
