摘要
问诊式思想服务是一种解决顶岗实习大学生思想问题的科学工作方法,具有较强的针对性和可操作性。该方法通过强调问诊对象和问题的匹配,重视问诊合作关系的建立,制订科学合理的问诊结构和方案,严格按照技术要领进行有效的问诊服务,并通过标准化的评估衡量问诊效果,加强后期的教育和培训等环节,探索一种解决个体思想危机的有效方法,以服务于广大顶岗实习的一线工作人员,提高他们解决问题的能力和工作效率。
As a scientific working method to solve college students＇ ideological problems in their post practice, ideological work through inquiry is highly targeted and operable. This method focuses on matching the inquiry objects with problems, attaches importance to the establishment of cooperative relations in the inquiry and formulates scientific and rational inquiry framework and programs. Applying the technical essentials strictly, this working method can provide effective inquiry service and the results of inquiry are measured by standard assessment, thus latter education and training can be enhanced so as to solve individual thought crisis effectively, helping college students improve their problem-solving ability and working efficiency in their post practice.
