摘要
2015年1月,安徽省教育厅出台《关于地方高水平大学立项建设分类发展的意见》,为推进地方高水平大学建设,将把我省高校分三类建设,分别是地方特色高水平大学、地方应用型高水平大学和地方技能型高水平大学,师资队伍建设是关键,针对目前存在的高水平师资匮乏、科研与教学不配比的现状,按照多元学术观和产学研一体化的建设思路提出超前规划,分层次建设师资队伍,完善评估机制和激励制度以及构建"双师型"教师培训体系的三大思路。
In January 2015, in order to promote the construction on local high-level colleges, the Education Department of Anhui Province issued "Opinions on Approving Construction and Classification of Local High-level Colleges for Development", in which Anhui's colleges are classified into three categories, that is, high-level colleges with local features, local application-oriented high-level colleges and local skill-oriented high-level colleges. The authors think that teachers' team construction is very crucial and in light of the present problems such as the lack of high-level teachers and more focus on research instead of teaching, the authors advance a view of diversified academy as well as an industry-teaching-research integration idea and propose that the colleges should build teachers' team by different layers, optimize evaluation mechanism as well as incentive mechanism and construct a "double certificate" teacher training system.
