摘要
培养反思性实践者是教师教育课程改革的方向之一。长沙师范学院学前教育专业立足"定位于高素质幼儿园教师的培养、实施公费定向招生和专科提前批次录取、瞄准应用能力的培养"等前期人才培养改革经验,在"2+4"学制结构优化、培养目标定位于高素质乡村幼儿园教师、课程体系指向于实践能力提升等方面,进行了一系列新的探索。
Cultivating reflective practitioner is one of the directions of teacher education curriculum reform. The reform experience of personnel training in Changsha Normal University is to cultivate high- quality kindergarten teachers,implement the policy of enrolling government supported students,enroll three- year college students in advance,and aim at the cultivation of the ability to apply what they learn". Based on the former rich experience,we have made a series of new explorations of optimizing the 2 + 4 model,regarding training high- quality rural kindergarten teachers as the objective,and directing curriculum system to practice ability,etc.
