新入职大学生员工离职动因及对策分析——以R公司为例

摘要 员工离职率居高不下是很多企业面临的一个难题,在离职的员工中有半数以上是新进入人员,本文以R公司为例,对2013年至2015年离职员工进行访谈,总结出离职的三种动因,并针对性的提出了三种对策,有效地降低了R公司新入职员工的离职率。
