摘要
在数学建模课程教学中,尝试采用多师合授教学模式,针对多师合授教学模式在课程教学内容的安排、教学管理体制的形成、考核标准的制定中出现的问题进行了研究与分析,提出了课程组长负责制下的多师合授教学模式,改善多师合授教学模式中出现的诸多不利因素,达到师生的最佳匹配,获得良好的教学效果。
The paper researched into the application of Multi-teacher Co-teaching Mode in the teaching of mathematical modeling. The problems in the teaching process were studied and analyzed, including the arrangement of teaching contents, the improvement of teaching management system and the establishment of assessment standards. Finally the Multi-teacher Co-teaching Mode under the system of course group leader's supervision was proposed so as to avoid the negative factors, achieve the best match among teachers and students and give rise to a high-quality teaching effect.
