Exploration of the Construction of Chemical Laboratory of Local Colleges and Talent Training

以地方普通高校化学实验室建设为切入点,阐明了地方普通高校化学实验室建设在人才培养中的重要作用及艰巨性,分析了地方普通高校化学实验室建设与人才培养之间的相互关系,并以淮南师范学院化学与化工系实验室建设为例,充分阐述了化学实验室功能的发挥以提高人才培养质量的途径。

Based on the breakthrough point of chemical laboratory of local colleges,the importance and arduousness in the talent training of the construction of the chemical laboratory of local colleges are elucidated,and the interrelation of both the construction of the chemical laboratory of local colleges and the talent training are analyzed. The talent quality increase in the full development of chemical laboratory function is an example,we enunciated in detail the construction of chemical laboratory of Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Huainan Normal University.
