高校野外基地技术队伍建设是实验室健康发展的重要保障。从天童国家站技术队伍建设中存在的诸多问题入手,结合野外基地的特殊性,提出了加强实验技术队伍建设的思路。通过多种途径的人才队伍扩充、准确定位和提升职业成就感、加强实验技术人员业务水平、完善晋升和奖励评价机制等措施,推动实验技术队伍的优化,充分发挥国家野外站在长期观测、科学研究、人才培养、共享服务等方面的作用。

The construction of technical team in university field station is very important for the development of the laboratory. From the main problems in the construction of lab technical team in Tiantong National Station,we put forward the building ideas for strengthening experiment team construction,considering for the particularity of the field base. Through innovation and heritage of personnel expansion,strengthening laboratory technicians service levels,improve promotion and reward evaluation mechanisms and other initiatives to improve the professional well- being of laboratory technicians,and promote the optimization of the experimental team. Thus,this can full play to the national field station in long observation,scientific research,personnel training,shared services and other aspects of the role.
