摘要
磨辊是雷蒙机主机的关键工作部件,在工作过程中经常发生早期磨损及开裂。通过对磨辊进行材质、铸造工艺、结构、金相组织等分析,找出其失效原因。再通过材料的变质处理,磨辊结构改进设计,提高铸造质量,及适当的热处理,研制出新型磨辊,其使用寿命大幅度提高。
The grinding roller is a key part of Raymond machine. The early wear and cracking occurs frequently during the operating. By analyzing the material,casting process,structure and microstructure of the roller,the failure reasons are found out. Through the modification of material,the structure of the roller is improved,the casting quality is improved,and the appropriate heat treatment is developed,its service life is greatly improved.
