摘要
本文对G8Si Mn Mo VRE钢进行了系统的热处理工艺试验和机械性能试验。试验结果表明:G8Si Mn Mo VRE钢的冲击韧性比渗碳轴承钢高,比高碳铬轴承钢高3倍多;淬透性的有效壁厚大于70 mm,抗拉强度比渗碳钢和高碳铬轴承钢高,是取代高镍、铬渗碳轴承钢的理想钢材。
In this paper,the heat treatment technological test and mechanical properties test are carried out on G8 Si Mn Mo VRE steel. The experimental results show that the impact toughness of G8 Si Mn Mo VRE steel is better than carburizing bearing steel,and more three times than high carbon chromium bearing steel. Effective wall thickness of hardenability is greater than 70 mm. Tensile strength is higher than carburizing steel and high carbon chromium bearing steel. G8 Si Mn Mo VRE is ideal steel to replace carburizing high nickel chromium bearing steel.
