摘要 2D70铝合金属于高强耐热铝合金,铸造难度较大,易产生气孔、疏松、夹渣等铸造缺陷。在不同温度铸造后,观察铸造温度对2D70铝合金内部组织的影响。通过低倍金相观察对半连续铸造生产的2D70铝合金铸态组织进行缺陷分析。找出最佳的铸造温度,以便优化铸造工艺,生产出更加优质的2D70铸锭。 2D70 aluminum alloy is high strength and heat resistance aluminum alloy. The casting is greater difficulty,and easy produce holes,loose,slag and other casting defects. The effect of pouring temperature on internal organizational of 2D70 aluminum alloys is observed after pouring at different temperature. The defect of microstructure as cast of 2D70 aluminum alloy producted by semi-continuous casting is analyzed by macro metallographic observation. The best casting temperature is found in order to optimize the casting process,as to produce more high-quality ingot 2D70.
