湖南省农业保险发展状况的调查分析

本文基于对湖南省农业保险现状的调查,分析了其中存在的主要问题,并从财政补贴范围和力度、加强保障能力与防灾水平以及提高参保意愿三方面,提出了对湖南省农业保险改革发展的相关建议。

Based on the analysis of current situation and problems of agricultural insurance in Hunan province, measures to promote the development of agricultural insurance in Hunan province are put forth from the three aspects, scope and impact of fiscal subsidy, improving its capacity to maintain normal operations and resisting disasters, and enhancing the consciousness of farmers＇ insurance participation.
