摘要
以某军校大一新学员为研究对象,为123名实验组学员制定了功能性体能训练计划,由有资质的体能教练监督实施。通过8周训练发现,实验组学员在引体向上、双杠臂屈伸、5 000m跑3项测试中达标率比136名对照组学员提高幅度更大;对训练前引体向上测试不能达标的学员,实验组的提高幅度高于对照组。独立样本T检验的结果表明:达标率有显著提高。
In this study, the freshmen of a military academy are chosen as the research objects. A FMS plan is well designed for the cadets of the experimental group (n= 123) under the intendance of qualified coaches. Through eight weeks training, it shows that the standard rate of the experimental group has greatly improved compared with the control group (n= 136) in the tests of pull-up, arms bend and stretch on parallel bars, and 5 000 meters long-distance race. The increase of the experimental group is much higher than that of the control group particularly for the cadets who failed in the test of the pull-up. According to the independent sample test, the rate of the improvement is of great significance (P〈0. 01).
