摘要
通过对65位非英语专业学生进行问卷调查,并使用SPSS分析所得数据,得出如下研究结果:一是学生的焦虑水平适中。具体说来,回避行为最多,认知焦虑其次,身体焦虑最少;二是学生使用元认知策略的能力达到了中等水平。他们使用最多的是监控策略,其次是计划策略,使用最少的是评价策略;三是相关分析的结果显示,评价策略与写作中的回避行为呈负相关。基于以上研究结果,有针对性地给出了教学建议。
A questionnaire study is conducted in 65 non-English majors and the data, which are pro- cessed by SPSS, reveal the following findings, first, Studentst overall writing anxiety is moderate. To be more specific, in terms of the sub-scales of the writing anxiety, avoidance behavior is experienced the most by the students. The cognitive anxiety is suffered less frequently and the somatic anxiety is experienced the least; second, Studentsr use of metacognitive strategies is moderate. Monitoring strategies are used the most. Planning strategies are used less and evaluation strategies are used the least; third, Pearson Correlation Analysis indicates that only the use of evaluation strategies is statistically negatively correlated with avoidance behavior. Based on the results mentioned above, some suggestions are put forward for the teaching of college English writing.
