吉林省蛟河市林业生态移民的对策和建议

近年来吉林省蛟河市林业系统结合林区"廉租房"、"危旧房改造"等工程,采取多种方式,改善了林区职工的居住条件,生态移民工程取得了较好的成绩。林业生态移民面临诸多机遇的同时也面临一系列挑战,全面实施县域内生态移民工程是一项艰巨而又复杂的任务。针对地方林场经营区基础设施薄弱,自然保护区内居民对生物资源过度利用,严重破坏了保护区各生态系统和关键物种繁衍地的环境,给保护区的生态保护带来巨大压力等林业生态移民存在的主要问题,建议有关部门制定、完善相关的生态移民政策,把生态移民工程与国家扶贫攻坚等重大工程结合起来,把生态移民工程与加快城市化进程及旅游业发展结合起来。

In recent years, In Jiaohe, Jilin Province, many ways had been adopted to improve the living conditions of the forestry staff, according to constructions such as cheap hired houses, dangerous and old house reconstruction in forest area. Ecological migration had got good results. The forestry ecological migration faces many chances and also a series of challenges. Carrying out the project is a tough and complex task. According to the remaining main problems, such as weak infrastructure and overusing biological resources in forestry area, which cause great damage to ecological environment and the key species of the protected area, and bring great pressure to the ecological protection of the protected area, it is suggest that relative departments establish and perfect relative ecological migration strategy, combine ecological migration project with crucial national poverty alleviation project, and combine ecological migration project with accelerating the urbanization process and the development of tourism.
