摘要
结构化研讨是围绕某个研讨主题,在催化师的引导下按照一定程序规则,运用多种工具帮助学员分步骤、多角度开展讨论。研讨内容主要指大的研讨主题以及小的研讨议题,研讨主题的确立应遵循聚焦热点、主题突出以及学以致用等原则。结构化研讨由前期准备、具体实施以及汇报交流等环节组成,头脑风暴法、团队列名法、鱼骨图法和四副眼镜法、SMART原则,此外诸如SWOT分析、交叉辩论法、金鱼缸法、六顶帽子法、滚雪球法和超级市场法等方法多为结构化研讨所应用。
According to designed procedure with the instruction by facilitators, structured discussion is defined as a method by steps and multi-perspectives focused on some topics, which mainly refers to the major topics and small seminar topics. Topic discussion establishment should follow focus, highlight the theme and learn in order to practice. To make full use of advantages of structured discussion applied in the cadres training projects, structured discussion is composed by pre-preparation, specific implementation and communication. The methods such as brain storm, listing method, fishbone diagram and four pairs of glasses, SMART principle, in addition such as SWOT analysis, cross debate, goldfish bowl method, and six top hat method, rolling snowball and supermarket are usually adopted to the structured discussion.
